1-9-11: COUNTY CLERK'S VERIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION OF SIGNATURES:
The county clerk shall, within sixty (60) calendar days of the deadline for the submission of the signatures, verify the signatures contained in the petition. In addition, the county clerk shall, within sixty (60) days of the deadline for submission of the signatures, certify as to the number of qualified electors' signatures on the petition.
