To the Payette County Clerk:

2. Referendum: The petition for referendum on any act passed by the board of Payette County commissioners shall be in substantially the same form as designated in subsection A1 of this section with appropriate title change, setting out in full the text of the ordinance to be subject to referendum to be referred to the people for their approval or rejection.
