A. Violation; Penalty: Any violation of this title shall be a misdemeanor punishable by not more than one year in the Payette County jail or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both. (Ord. 2009-03, 6-15-2009)
B. Continuing Violation: Each day a violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a new and separate offense.
C. Abatement: Any act in violation of this title may be subject to a civil abatement action, and nothing contained herein shall prevent the board of county commissioners, the planning and zoning commission, any public official or any private citizen from taking any lawful action to restrain, prevent or abate any act, proposed act or action which is in violation of or which would violate any provision of this title. Should any person successfully sue for the restraining, prevention or abatement of any act or proposed act which would violate this title, that person shall be awarded all costs and fees incurred in pursuing that action.
