8-4-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide criminal as well as civil sanctions against persons who violate this zoning title. The remedies herein contained shall not be deemed exclusive remedies and the choosing of a criminal or civil remedy does not amount to an election of remedies. (Ord. 57, 4-18-1988)
