8-3-6: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY ACT AS PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

In any month in which the planning and zoning commission does not meet or cannot transact business because a quorum does not appear at the regularly scheduled meeting, the board of county commissioners sitting en banc may act as the planning and zoning commission and transact any business which was scheduled to be acted upon by the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 57, 4-18-1988)
