7-7-6: STANDARDS:
   A.   Dwellings And Apartment Houses: All dwellings and apartment houses shall provide parking space off the road or street and outside the public right of way, together with the means of ingress and egress thereto, for not less than two (2) motor vehicles per dwelling unit or apartment.
   B.   All Other Buildings, Structures And Facilities: All other buildings, structures and facilities shall provide parking spaces and loading zones off the road or street and outside the public right of way, together with the means of ingress and egress, the number of said required spaces and loading zones to be determined in accordance with the current uniform building code as adopted by the board of county commissioners.
   C.   Specifications: Each off street parking space shall not be less than ten feet (10') wide and not less than twenty feet (20') long, shall be accessible from a street or road, shall be properly drained and surfaced with gravel, asphalt, concrete or equivalent material and shall be located within convenient walking distance of the principal buildings for which the parking or loading space is required.
