Any bridge which is constructed on an existing county road, or any bridge which is constructed as part of a new county road, or any bridge which is dedicated for use as a part of the Payette County public road system which is to be accepted by Payette County for maintenance purposes, shall be designed in accordance with the American association of state highway and transportation officials (AASHTO) specifications with a design load of HS20. Clear width shall be twenty four feet (24') between curbs and between guardrails. (Ord. 2001-2, 3-5-2001)
