6-6-2: PROHIBITED ACTS RELATING TO GREENWAY PROPERTY:
No person shall:
   A.   Buildings Or Other Property:
      1.   Disfiguration And Removal: Wilfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with, or displace or remove, any building, bridges, tables, benches, railings, paving or paving material, water lines or other public utilities or parts or appurtenances whatsoever, either real or personal, or have in his possession any of the foregoing things or objects, or any part thereof.
   B.   Trees, Shrubbery And Lawns:
      1.   Injury And Removal: Damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree or plant or injure the bark, or pick the flowers or seeds, of any tree or plant. Nor shall any person attach any rope, wire or other contrivance to any tree or plant. A person shall not dig in or otherwise disturb grass areas, or in any other way injure or impair the natural beauty or usefulness of any area.
   C.   Wild Animals, Birds, Livestock, Etc.:
      1.   Hunting: Hunt, molest, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, tease, annoy, shoot or throw missiles at any animal, reptile or bird nor shall he remove or have in his possession the young of any wild animal, or the eggs or nest, or young of any reptile or bird.
      2.   Feeding: Give or offer, or attempt to give to any animal or bird any tobacco, alcohol or other known noxious substances.
      3.   Livestock: No person shall allow any livestock to become a stray or estray. "Stray or estray" means any livestock whose owner is unknown or cannot be located, or any livestock whose owner is known but who permits livestock to roam at large upon the greenway. (Ord. 2003-7, 7-14-2003)
