The "Payette County greenway" is property which is owned, operated or maintained by the county of Payette and is located within the county of Payette, Idaho, for public use as a footpath which runs along the Snake River and Payette River in Payette County, Idaho. This definition includes any federal or state owned properties which are included in the greenway. (Ord. 2003-7, 7-14-2003)
