1-6A-3: DUTIES AS AUDITOR AND RECORDER 1 :

   A.   County Auditor: The duties of the County Auditor shall be as set forth in Idaho Code section 31-2301 et seq., as amended.

   B.   County Recorder: The duties of the County Recorder shall be as set forth in Idaho Code section 31-2401 et seq., as amended. (1996 Code)
