5-8-16: PENALTIES:

Any person violating the provisions of sections 5-8-2, 5-8-3 and/or 5-8-4 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by Idaho Code, section 18-113 as it may from time to time be amended and/or re-titled.
