A. Any person violating the provisions of sections 5-8-3
and/or 5-8-4
of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by Idaho Code, section 18-113 as it may from time to time be amended and/or re-titled. B. Any violation of sections 5-8-1
, 5-8-2
, 5-8-6
- 5-8-9
, 5-8-11
, and/or 5-8-14
shall be a misdemeanor punishable by not more than six (6) months in the Payette County Jail or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both. (Ord. 2018-3, 3-26-2018; amd. Ord. 2023-07,5-22-2023)
