5-2-5: PENALTIES:
Violation of this Chapter by a minor child shall bring said child within the purview of the Youth Rehabilitation Act of the State, and violation of this Chapter by an adult shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 65, 4-30-1990; 1996 Code)
