5-2-4: PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE; VIOLATION:
   A.   Under Age Sixteen: The presence of a person under the age of sixteen (16) years in or upon any street, alley, public ground, public places or any place open to the public or exposed to public use within the County, between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. not being accompanied by his parents, guardian or one having legal custody of said child nor being in the performance of an errand or duty directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of him, nor being actually engaged in legitimate employment for profit shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this Chapter.
   B.   From Age Sixteen To Eighteen: The presence of a person between the ages of sixteen (16) years and eighteen (18) years in or upon any street, alley, public ground, public places or any place open to the public or exposed to public use within the County, between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. not being accompanied by his parent, guardian or one having legal custody of said child, or being in the performance of an errand or duty directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of him, nor being actually engaged in legitimate employment for profit shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this Chapter.
