(A) The Coordinator of Emergency Response Services Department shall maintain a record of the amount of time each volunteer uses their own motor vehicle while performing services for the Emergency Response Services Department, which time shall be maintained in 15-minute increments.
(B) For each one-hour use of a personal motor vehicle a volunteer shall be entitled to receive one gallon of fuel for the motor vehicle.
(C) Upon obtaining ten hours of motor vehicle use or at the end of the fiscal year, whichever occurs first, a volunteer shall be entitled to receive the fuel for their motor vehicle from fuel belonging to the city. Fuel shall be dispensed only with the direct supervision and approval of the Coordinator of the Emergency Response Services Department.
