§ 151.121 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   All plans and specifications must conform to the following minimum requirements before the permit for construction, reconstruction, establishment or maintenance shall be issued.
   (A)   Public sidewalks for all districts shall be constructed of concrete, having a minimum width of four feet and a thickness of at least four inches.
   (B)   Curbs. Curbs and gutters shall be the integral rolled-type unit of standard design approved by the City Engineer, not less than:
      (1)   Width = 18 inches.
      (2)   Thickness = 6 inches.
      (3)   Where there is existing curbing in the block, the new curbing must match and conform to the existing curbing.
   (C)   Driveways. Where paving in the public street is of concrete, and a concrete driveway is constructed, a one inch bituminous pre-moulded expansion joint at the back of the curb line and parallel to the center line of the roadway.
      (1)   Width.
         (a)   Residential or dwelling house   10-18 feet
         (b)   All other districts   10-30 feet
      (2)   Thickness.
         (a)   Concrete   6 inches
         (b)   Asphaltic concrete or all weather surface   3 inches
