(A) No person shall, at any place within the city limits, discharge any bow, throw stones or other hard substances, play ball or engage in any sport or exercises likely to impede the passage of vehicles or otherwise injure persons or property or obstruct the business of other persons.
(B) Any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $250 for each offense.
