(A) The city may inspect the permit area at any time. The city shall mail or deliver the result of the inspections to the permittee.
(B) Any violation of the provisions of the chapter shall be remedied within the time given in the notice or, if not stated in the notice, within ten calendar days from the date of delivery or postmark on the notice.
(C) Any permittee violating or failing to comply with the terms or requirements of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $250 per offense with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.
