§ 122.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined the sum of $500 for the first offense, and $750 for any subsequent offenses occurring in any give 18 month period. Each solicitation or offer to sell in violation of this act shall be considered a separate violation for the purposes of this chapter.
