Section 120.02 shall not apply to any item of construction equipment or industrial equipment set forth in § 120.02(B) or to any truck or trailer set forth in § 120.02(D) that is stored within an enclosed building and excluded from public view. Section 120.02 shall not apply to any item of construction equipment or industrial equipment set forth in § 120.02(D) while said equipment is in use at an active construction site.
