For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Any private or public property upon which repairs to existing buildings or appurtenances, construction of new buildings or appurtenances, or demolition of existing structures is taking place.
PERSON. Includes any individual, firm, partnership or corporation.
PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any real property not owned by the federal government, state government, county, city, township, park district or other public body.
REMOVAL. The physical relocation of an item to an authorized location.
