(A) During the period of time commencing at 8:00 p.m. and continuing through 7:00 a.m. of the next day, all mobile cranes with fixed booms must be laid down.
(B) During the period of time commencing at 8:00 p.m. and continuing through 7:00 a.m. of the next day, all hydraulic cranes must have booms retracted and stored.
(C) During all periods of time a mobile crane with a fixed boom is not a construction site or is not undergoing repair, with a repair person present, the mobile crane must be laid down.
(D) During all periods of time that a hydraulic crane is not at a construction site or is not undergoing repair, with a repair person present, the hydraulic crane must have the boom retracted and stored.
