(A) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize the conducting or operating of any gambling scheme, enterprise, activity or device other than raffles as provided for herein.
(B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to regulate or authorize the conducting or operating of the game commonly known as “bingo”, when conducted in accordance with the Illinois Bingo License and Tax Act (ILCS Ch. 230, Act 25, §§ 1 et seq.)
