The license required herein shall be in writing over the name and under the corporate seal of the city and executed by its City Clerk. The license shall express the amount of the fee paid therefor, the name or names of the party to whom issued, the kind of cigarettes, cigarette paper or wrappers and the particular place where the same are to be handled, dealt in, sold or given away and period for which such license is to continue. The license shall contain a statement that the same is accepted subject to and that the licensee will faithfully observe all the ordinances of the city in force or to come into force during the term thereof relating thereto or the subject matter thereof, and that the same is subject to revocation by the Mayor of the city. No license shall be issued hereunder to extend beyond the last day of the fiscal year in which it is granted.
