Before any license is issued hereunder, the party to be licensees shall execute and maintain a good and sufficient bond to the city in the penal sum of $500, with surety or sureties to be approved by the Mayor, conditioned for the faithful observance of the ordinances of the city now in force or coming into force at any time during the term of the license and also the laws of the State of Illinois relating to such cigarettes, cigarette paper or wrappers and that they will faithfully pay all fines and penalties assessed against them under the ordinances.
