§ 114.41 TRANSFER OF PERMITS.
   No permit for the operation of a massage establishment issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be transferable. However, upon the death or incapacity of the permittee the massage establishment may continue in business for a reasonable period of time to allow for an orderly transfer of the permit, but such period shall not exceed 60 days.
