§ 113.12 CAB STANDS.
   (A)   Each such licensee shall be entitled to one cab stand, the same to be selected by the Mayor and the Superintendent of Streets; provided, however, that if such licensee shall desire such a cab stand within the parking meter zone of the city, he or she shall pay an annual fee, payable in advance, of $75 for the use or rental of such cab stand, which shall be in addition to the taxicab licenses above mentioned; provided, further, however, that not more than one such cab stand, within the parking meter zone, shall not be currently rented, without the consent of the City Council. The annual fee of $75 will be payable only in the event that timed parking is being enforced by the city at the time the fee is payable.
   (B)   Each cab stand shall be appropriately marked by signs erected under the supervision of the Chief of Police.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for such licensee to use such cab stand for any purpose except for the parking of his, her or its duly licensed taxicab and while the same is on or available for taxicab service.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any other person to park any vehicle in any such cab stand after and while the same has been appropriately marked as above provided.
