§ 113.11 RATES OF FARE.
   (A)   The charges for taxicab services shall be prominently displayed in the taxicab.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a passenger to fail or refuse to pay the lawful fare at the termination of a trip.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for a passenger to fail or refuse to pay for willful damage to the taxicab.
