In the event an unemancipated minor is the owner, keeper or harborer of a dog, the parent with whom the unemancipated minor resides, in addition to the minor, shall be deemed an owner, keeper or harborer of such dog for the purposes of this chapter and shall be held responsible for all fines and court costs which may be imposed under the terms of this chapter.
PARENT includes a natural or adoptive parent, stepparent, person in loco parentis or legal guardian of the person of the minor.
