§ 96.03 FEMALE DOGS IN ESTRUS CONFINED.
   Female dogs while in estrus shall be confined in a kennel or on the property of the dog’s owner, keeper or harborer. Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $15 and not more than $100 for each offense.
