(A) Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The Airport Manager or the City Council may remove or evict from the airport premises any person who knowingly or wilfully violates any rule or regulation prescribed herein or any rule or regulation in effect by the Federal Aviation Administration or the State of Illinois and may deny the use of the airport and its facilities to any such person if it is determined that such denial is in the public interest.
