§ 93.51 OWNER RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTERMINATION.
   The owner of any structure shall be responsible for extermination of an insect infestation, if necessary, prior to renting or leasing the structure, in addition to the responsibilities as set forth below in § 93.52.
