(A) If the person so served does not abate the nuisance within ten days after such notice, the Street Department may proceed to abate such nuisance, or to cause the same to be abated.
(B) For each separate abatement, the cost to abate said nuisance shall be a minimum of $350 per street address. For each separate abatement, if the cost to abate said nuisance is in excess of $350 per street address the Street Superintendent shall keep an account of the additional expense. The cost of abatement shall be charged to, and paid by such owner or occupant.
