§ 90.03 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY FORESTRY COMMITTEE.
   The City Property Committee shall also serve as the City Forestry Committee. It shall consist of four members of the City Council, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
