(A) Industrial Park Drive, from Illinois Route 9 to south city limits be designated a Class II highway.
(B) Technology Lane, commencing at its intersection with Illinois State Route 9 and proceeding southerly for 1,295 feet be, and the same is, designated a Class III truck route.
(C) The portion of Technology Lane designated a Class III truck route shall be properly signed in accordance with the Illinois Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
