(A) Any alley within the city.
(B) Walnut Street from the north corporate boundary to the alley between and parallel to Taft Street and Market Street.
(C) Union Street from a point one-half block north of Chestnut Street to the alley between and parallel to Chestnut Street and Spruce Street.
(D) Pine Street from the alley between and parallel to Taft Street and Market Street to the alley between and parallel to Railroad Avenue and Vermilion Street.
(E) Taft Street from the alley between and parallel to Pine Street and Holmes Street to the alley between and parallel to Holmes Street and State Street.
(F) Vermilion Street from the alley between and parallel to Pine Street and Holmes Street to the alley between and parallel to Holmes Street and State Street.
(G) Vermilion Street from the alley between and parallel to Patton Street and Franklin Street to the south corporate boundary.
(H) Fall Street from the alley between and parallel to Orleans Street and Patton Street to Summer Street.
(I) Elm Street from the alley between and parallel to Patton Street and Franklin Street to the alley between and parallel to Franklin Street and Ottawa Street.
(J) Cherry Street from the alley between and parallel to Franklin Street and Ottawa Street to Ottawa Street.
(K) On other streets to make a direct crossing provided:
(1) The crossing is made at an angle approximately 90 degrees to the direction of the street and at a place where no obstruction prevents a quick and safe crossing;
(2) The snowmobile is brought to a complete stop before crossing the street; and
(3) The operator yields the right-of-way to all oncoming traffic which constitutes a hazard.
