§ 72.41 DISABLED PERSON WITHOUT STICKER.
   No person shall be convicted of violating this chapter if such person in fact met the criteria for obtaining a disabled parking permit at the time of the parking, even if the disabled parking permit had not been obtained or was not displayed on the vehicle.
