The Superintendent of Streets, the Chief of Police or any other person designed by the Mayor or City Council shall post or cause to be posted such signs as shall be necessary to indicate and to carry out the provisions of this title, including, but not limited to, stop signs, yield right-of-way signs, no parking signs, no U-turn signs and speed limit signs.
