§ 51.42 MAIN AND PIPES PLANS APPROVED.
   No sanitary sewer main, storm sewers, water mains and service pipes from the existing sanitary sewer mains, storm sewers and water mains of the city shall be installed unless it conforms to plans and specifications approved by the City Council, a copy of which plans and specifications shall be kept on file by the City Clerk and Superintendent of Waterworks.
