The fee for a new connection to the sanitary sewer of the city from any of the following described real estate shall be $844.63, in addition to the standard new connection fee as set forth by ordinance: Lots 8, 9, and 10, all situated in Schuldt Second Subdivision and Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, all situated in Schuldt Third Subdivision, situated in the County of Ford and State of Illinois. Lots 8 and 9 of the Schuldt Third Subdivision shall only have to pay one new connection fee because there is a single home that occupies Lots 8 and 9.
