(A) There shall be no fee for the first four connections, from and after the date of this chapter, with the sanitary sewer mains of the city from any building located upon or constructed upon the following described real estate, to-wit: the north 300 feet of even width of that part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying south of the centerline of the right-of-way of State Bond Issue Route 9, situated in Ford County, Illinois, except the east 600 feet thereof in Section 13.
(B) Since no fee is being charged, the city shall not be required to furnish any materials nor any labor necessary to connect the same with the sanitary sewer system of the city.
(C) These connections, at no charge, are allowed in consideration of the fact that the owner of the above described property has heretofore installed, at his or her increased expense, a ten-inch gravity feed sewer line across a portion of the above described property, which sewer line has a capacity in excess of his or her needs, which sewer line is now incorporated into the sewage system of the city and shall be maintained by the city.
