§ 51.24 GOVERNMENTAL USER SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION FEE.
   The fee for new connection with sanitary sewer mains of the city by a governmental user shall be none. The governmental user shall furnish all materials and labor necessary to connect the same with the sanitary sewer system of the city.
