§ 50.27 HOURS.
   All collections of garbage, refuse, industrial refuse, undesirable refuse, hazardous waste, special waste and yard waste shall be made in residential areas between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. All collections shall be made as quietly as possible.
