If during the period covered by the license granted the licensee shall permit his or her equipment to fall into disrepair, fail to keep the same in a sanitary condition when not in use or fail to keep the same up to standards required by this chapter, fail to obey any of the provisions of this chapter or to give adequate service, the license may be revoked after hearing by the City Council.
