§ 50.20 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of collecting and/or hauling garbage or industrial refuse or refuse or undesirable refuse over and upon the streets of the city unless the person, firm or corporation shall be licensed therefor by the city. No license shall be required in order to collect and/or haul yard waste.
