§ 50.04 BURNING.
   (A)   No person shall, at any time, burn any garbage, refuse, industrial refuse, undesirable refuse, hazardous waste, special waste, yard waste or recyclable materials other than the following: paper and cardboard which may be burned in a device with a spark arrester sufficiently fine to prevent the escape of ignited particles, dry leaves, dry grass clippings, dry untreated and unpainted wood and wood scraps and charcoal or other fuels used for cooking.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to build or light any bonfire so close to any building or other structure as to endanger such building, structure or on any asphalt street or sidewalk pavement.
   (C)   Permitted burning shall be allowed only between the hours of sunrise and sunset, unless the same is attended by a person 18 years old or older.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit in any solid waste container any burning materials or materials sufficiently hot to create combustion when the same come in contact with other solid waste.
