§ 37.17 SALE.
   Pursuant to Section 11-76-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-76-4), the Chief of Police of the city be, and he or she is hereby, authorized and directed to sell at public or private sale any motor vehicle acquired pursuant to § 37.15 for such sum and in any manner as he or she may deem best.
