§ 37.16 DETERMINATION OF SALE.
   Pursuant to Section 11-76-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-76-4), the City Council finds that the motor vehicles described in § 37.15 are no longer necessary or useful to the city and the best interest of the city will be served by their sale.
