(A) Checks, drafts, or other withdrawal orders issued against the funds of the city or deposit with said banks shall be signed by two individuals, as hereafter provided.
(B) One signature on said checks, drafts, or other withdrawal order shall be either the signature of the Mayor of the city or the signature of the Mayor Pro Tem of the city.
(C) One signature on said checks, drafts, or other withdrawal order shall be either the signature of the City Treasurer or the signature of the Utility Billing Clerk.
(D) All resolutions, or parts of resolutions and amendments to resolutions in conflict with this section are hereby repealed.
(E) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to deliver a certified copy of this section to the Farmers-Merchants National Bank and the First National Bank.
