(A) The City of Paxton Evaluation Plan and the City of Paxton Employee Evaluation Form, a copy of which is attached to Res. No. 08-34, passed 10-13-08, and by this reference made a part hereof, and the same hereby are approved.
(B) A copy of the Evaluation Plan and the Employee Evaluation Form shall be given to all current employees of the city for informational purposes.
(C) The supervisors of each department of the city shall initiate a program to implement the Evaluation Plan and conduct employee interviews within four months of October 13, 2008.
