(A) The salary of the City Clerk shall all be paid out of the City Officers Salary Fund.
(B) The City Treasurer/Comptroller shall be paid one-half out of the City Officers Salary Fund and one-half out of the Combined Waterworks and Sewage Operation Maintenance Account.
(C) The Utility Billing Clerk shall be paid one-half out of the Water Department Fund and one-half out of the Sewer Department Fund.
(D) Employees of the Street Department shall be paid from the Street Department Fund.
(E) Employees of the Waterworks Department shall be paid one-half out of the Water Department Fund and one-half out of the Sewer Department Fund.
